Project Details:
Rockwell Gardens – Phase II redevelopment project is a new construction of 22 residential buildings in city infill lots. Buildings consist of 3,6,4, or 10 residential units totaling 112 units with metal-stud bearing walls, open webbed wood floor trusses, modular brick veneer with tinted mortar, metal panel accents and exterior site improvements.
