Burling Builders, Inc is an African American owned Full Service General Contracting Company, founded March 11, 1980 by Mr. Elzie Higginbottom. With over 38 years of construction experience Burling Builders, Inc has a diversified project portfolio. Burling understands the unique needs of our clients and that’s is why we strategically assemble our project teams, matching each of our experienced professionals according to the scope of each project.
