Project Overview

Burling is currently serving as the General Contractor for this project, which consists of the ground up construction of a 4,000- sf banking center. Scope includes demolition of the existing building, relocation of utilities, and exterior improvements such as curbs, ramps, sidewalks, landscaping, a parking lot, and 2 drive-up ATM canopies. Also included are general building shell construction, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, telecommunication and security installations, interior finishes (ceiling, walls, flooring, etc.), AV and bank equipment, and interior and exterior signage
