Project Details:
Burling served as the General Contractor for this project, which consist of the construction of a senior living complex, approximately 53,402 square foot. The facility includes (56) mixed units, a parking garage, and a green roof. This project was a precast structure and façade on a tight city site which required preplanned logistics and daily coordination and planning with our trade partners and city agencies.
