Project Details:
Burling serves as the General Contractor for this project, which consists of the construction of a senior living complex, approximately 53,402 square feet. The facility includes (56) mixed units, a parking lot, and a green roof. This project includes all general trade work. Richton Park Senior apartments is a 5-story, 57,000 SF apartment building developed for seniors ages 55+. this building includes 55 apartment units along with common area amenities such as a community gathering space, fitness area, theater room, and game rooms.

The site includes an outdoor pergola area and resident parking, as well as stormwater detention. The project follows the ComEd AHNC energy program. the development is a much-needed resource to the Village of Richton Park.
