Project Details:

Burling Builders Inc., served as the General Contractor for this project, which consisted of the construction of a 72,785 SF, 6-story senior living complex with ADA/UFAS accessibility accommodation, elevators and complete MEP-FP systems. This new construction facility included 71 total units (56) one bedroom units, (15) 2- bedroom units, community space amenities include laundry room, gym, roof deck and tenant recreation room. The site included outdoor terrace, landscaping, irrigation, and asphalt parking lot.
