Albert Goedke & Armond King Apartments

Project Overview

Burling served as the General Contractor for the Albert Goedke and Armond King Apartments project, which consisted of the renovations of existing 10-story apartment building (Armond King) which had 127 senior dwelling units and 6-story apartment building (Albert Goedke) which had 119 senior dwelling units. Both buildings were fully occupied at the time of construction and consisted of interior renovations throughout, MEP upgrades and site improvements. This project also, included the hiring of M/WBE and Section 3 businesses.
