Town Center Point Apartments

Project Overview

Richton Park Senior Apartments is a 5-story, 57,000 sf apartment building developed for seniors ages 55+. The building includes 50 apartment units along with common area amenities such as a community gathering space, fitness area, theater room, and game rooms. The site includes an outdoor pergola area and resident parking as well as storm water detention. The project followed the ComEd AHNC energy program. The development is a much needed resource to the Village of Richton Park.
