Project Overview

Burling served as the General Contractor for this project, New Construction 18,700 square foot 2 story building, LEED Gold Certification. Construction includes foundation work, structural steel frame, precast hollow core planks, CMU and brick veneer, geothermal system, radiant heating, green roof, irrigation system. This project achieved the LEED Gold certification and included a 50% green roof.
