Project Overview

Burling served as the General Contractor for this project, which consisted of a 400,000 square foot historical renovation of a 120 year old building. The scope also included adaptive reuse converting the facility into a new retail development and office building. The historical scope included interior and exterior finishes. The project also consisted of all new site improvements.
