Project Overview

Burling served as the General Contractor for CPS 1840 N. Clark PKC. The project consisted of a complete interior renovation of an existing 2 story commercial tenant space 21,000 SF. Work consists of complete demolition of existing space and providing a new layout for 10 classrooms, a food preparation space, main office, multipurpose space, several individual restrooms, and miscellaneous mechanical and electrical rooms. New plumbing, mechanical units, and electrical panels throughout.
