Project Overview

This project consisted of a completed occupied renovation of a 272-unit, 27-building, low-rise community was originally built in the 1970s. Located in a gentrifying neighborhood between Little Italy and the Lower West Side, just north of Pilsen, and immediately adjacent to the University of Illinois Chicago main campus. The 27 three and four-story brick structures are located on an 11.5-acre site less than a 10-minute walk to the Orange Line.
