Project Overview

Burling served as the General Contractor for this affordable housing renovation project. The scope included the moderate, occupied renovations of 3 high-rise buildings totaling 140 units. All unit finishes were upgraded along with common tenant areas and MEP systems upgrades. All work was completed while units were tenant occupied.
