Project Overview

This 8-story, project included a complete interior and exterior renovation. The scope included renovations of 57 units, a community room, an exercise room, laundry room, offices. and lobby. In addition, the MEP system were upgraded, as was exterior landscaping. The exterior scope also included updating the look of the building with new paint and tuckpointing. ​
