Project Overview

Burling served as the General Contractor for this project, which consisted of the renovation of 458 units. This was a phased, occupied renovation for three 9-story mid-rise buildings and five 3-story buildings. This 458 unit affordable residential building renovation was comprised of the following unit mix: One Bedroom, Three Bedroom/One Bath, Two Bedroom/One Bath. The renovation area totaled 328,080 Square Feet.
