Project Overview
Burling served as the General Contractor for this project, in the new construction of 22 new apartment buildings totaling 115 units of mixed-income rental housing ranging in size from one to four bedrooms. These units were both market-rate and affordable. The scope included an extensive sustainable and energy efficient design elements including a green roof, permeable paving materials in parking lots and alleys, increased insulation and air sealing, low-flow plumbing fixtures, appliance and light fixtures.
