Project Overview

Burling served as the General Contractor for this project. This project consisted of the construction of a new 60,000 square foot, 5-story precast structure building, which included 68 senior apartments, common area space, and an entire site work package. Exterior finish included brick & limestone. Common space included a laundry facility and a visiting area.
