The Granville

Project Overview

Burling was the general contractor for the Granville, Multi-Residential, Mixed-Use, New Construction Condominium project. This 12-story, residential building included 160 condo units, 30,000 SF of ground floor retail space and enclosed parking structure. The condominiums interior features include granite countertops, hardwood floors and some marble and the building has a green roof. The retail stores were topped off with two levels of covered parking and eight stories of condominiums.
