Project Overview

Burling served as the General Contractor for this project, that earned the IHDA Innovation and Excellence Award and is U.S. Environmental Protection “Energy Star” certified. This project consisted of the construction of a 72,896-square foot, 6-story Pre-Cast Senior Living, Affordable Housing Residential building with (56) one bedroom units, (15) 2-bedroom units, common tenant areas (laundry room, gym, roof deck and tenant recreation room), and a new 53 space asphalt parking lot.
