Project Overview

The University of Chicago Bookstore HVAC systems have exceeded their useful service life and are in need of replacement. The existing building consists of (4) floors of various use with a partially finished basement consisting of storage, mechanical space, and preparator work space. There are currently multiple HVAC systems (AHU 1-6 & CU 1-3) in the building. The system has been redesigned for the HVAC systems to be a central system, located on the rooftop, servicing the building as a whole
