Project Overview

The scope of work project consisted of a new elevator shaft and elevator, renovations and upgrades to the classrooms, halls, entrance door, storage room, and gym. The exterior scope consisted of roof replacement and repair, exterior facade brick replacement, new brick entrance walkway, fencing and landscaping. Additional scopes included metal work, rough and finish carpentry, removal and replacement, window replacement, new doors and hardware, signage, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, civil work, selective environmental abatement, selective demolition work, install, and repair, concrete repair work, masonry cleaning, and pointing.
