Durkin Elementary

Project Overview

The work consists of the interior and exterior renovation of an existing modular classroom building. Renovations included installation of new cement board panel exterior and aluminum windows and storefront systems, along with completely new updated interiors, flooring, ceilings, wall finishes, LED lighting, and new wall hung heat pumps. Site work and vertical construction of a new annex building. 7,000 sf single story classroom annex building consisting of four classrooms, office space and restrooms. Exterior construction consisted of hardscape pedestrian walks, and landscaping including a bio-swale area.
