Social Security Admin Office New Construction and Renovation

Project Overview

Selective demo of the existing 13,150 SF of Social Security Office space. New build out of the newly designed space. Created a secured customer and employee space. Upgrade and remodeling the existing restrooms. Installation of new egress storefront doors. Updated the HVAC systems with new controls. Updated the electrical systems with new lighting controls. Renovated the new employee breakroom which included new cabinets, wall paint, flooring and ceilings tiles. Exterior improvements included remarking of the existing lot, installation of new fences and gates.
