Project Overview

Burling served as the General Contractor for this project, which was the Design/Build of 800-SF. space to accommodate a new high end technology center for United Airline’s employees to have access to technical help within the UA operating system. Also included in the space is a coffee bar with millwork storage, a “Power Bar” work station that allows multiple UA team members to gain access to the UA network, a “tech” closet for storage/Charging other various devices, vending capabilities, and luggage storage. Accommodating such space took demolishing an existing office space, tying in new electrical, plumbing and low voltage systems, installing new VAV’s for the HVAC, and all new finishes + furnishings.
