Project Overview

Burling recently completed this site renovation and upgrade project. The scope consisted of the development of a 300,000 SF exterior parking area that included a new parking lot and new landscaping, replacing an existing building that was demolished. Foundation walls were removed to accommodate two detention tanks. Additional scope included dewatering of entire basement, installation of new site utilities, site lighting, installation of a 7’H rod iron security fencing, and the landscaping upgrades and repaving of an existing parking lot.
