Project Overview

Taft & Exmoor is a 42 unit integrated permanent supportive housing development designed to serve families and persons with disabilities. This development will include a mix of studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom units. All units will incorporate universal design features, and the building will achieve green certification through Enterprise Green Communities' program. Amenities include community room with library, fitness room, on-site laundry facility, business center, bike room, outdoor patio, pergola, pet yard, private outdoor space, on-site parking.
