IMD Hampton Inn Hotel

Project Overview

The Hampton Inn & Suites is located in the Illiniois Medical District. The constrtuction scope of this 6-story, precast hotel includes 135 rooms with common spaces including a fitness center, inground pool, conference center rooms, cafe and an exterior patio. This project stared with the infrastructure to prepare the underdeveloped land for the 10-acre mixed-use project. Scope included excavation, underground site utilities, precast site walls, new roadways, parkways, park and plaza all were constructed to support the hospitality, retail, residential, and medical office buildings.
