Project Overview

This project which consisted of a 30,000 FT complete tenant improvement project. The scope of work included infrastructure and technology upgrades to support roughly 200 employees, including MEP upgrades, and complete renovation of all offices, common space, atrium, employee kitchen and offices. The facility is complete with both private and public meeting spaces, open office and private office space, various break stations, open atrium space and multiple washroom facilities.
