Cicero Inclusive Playground

Project Overview

This new 100% disability-accessible park and inclusive playground included site preparation and construction, installation of accessible playground equipment and surfacing, and the addition of landscaping, lighting, fencing, driveways, two pavilisons, bathroom house, and a parking lot. The park features include ramps, a ground-level spinner for wheelchairs, and communication boards. The project also includes a plan for addressing environmental concerns, such as managing contaminated soil with arsenic and lead.
