Project Overview

Burling served as the General Contractor for the ComEd - Chicago Training facility project located in Chicago, IL. This state-of-the-art training facility features, completed in January, 2016, consisted of 51,000 square feet of classroom, office, and indoor training space including indoor pole climbing and lead splicing bays, a 200-seat auditorium. Exterior work consisted of 13 acres of site development including Brownfield remediation, site parking, storm detention basin, and training areas featuring a substation yard, pole climbing yard and electrical manholes.
