Project Overview

Burling is currently serving as the General Contractor for this project which consisted of 30,965 SF. The scope of work includes renovation and expansion of the current building to provide flex seating, sufficient locker rooms for both men and women, mother’s room, huddle rooms, cafeteria space, and adequate building and tool storage. Parking lot expansion to the north of the property to accommodate impacted vehicle parking due to the building expansion. Replace the existing gravel drive surrounding the building with concrete pavement to provide a safe drive path. Covered canopy parking to protect company assets. The second means of egress from the site by installing a motorized gate north of the property.
