Project Overview

Burling provided General Contracting services for this University of Chicago Burton Judson, International House, and New Graduate Residence dorm project. This project consisting of the complete renovation of residential dorm rooms as well as common area dining halls, lounge spaces, and restrooms. Burling navigated the logistics of working in three occupied buildings and the tight 90-day time constraint through coordinated planning, and met the expectations of all project stakeholders.
