Project Overview

2997 SF Building renovations include installing (2) moss walls, new doors/windows, removing a load bearing brick wall and replacing it with an operable partition panel, removing a chimney and turning it into a skylight, and replacing a majority of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components. We will also be adding a 120 SF lobby/vestibule on the southwest side of the building. The site renovations include new concrete sidewalks/stairs, new asphalt paving around the building, a concrete seating plaza with a fire pit, landscaping and new site furnishings.
