Project Overview

Burling served as the General Contractor for this moderate, occupied, affordable housing renovation, which included the renovation of (4) apartment buildings, a total of 30 rental units. The additional scope included interior and exterior renovations, as well as renovations to all building common areas, lobby areas, fitness rooms and laundry rooms. Awards: The Polk Bros.
