Project Overview

Burling served as the General Contractor the JPMC tenant space upgrade program where we provided contractor services for facility updates. These renovation included common spaces , lobbys, bathrooms, teller areas, and exterior work. Interior renovations also consisted of new tile, carpeting, enclosed office upgrades as well as open space cubical offices. The trade scope included rough carpentry, electrical, plumbing, drywall, and interior finished carpentry.
