Nicor Bellwood

Project Overview

Burling served as the General Contractor for the Nicor Bellwood Facility phased construction project. The first phase was the interior renovation of Building No. 2 which was 23,145 sf. The second phase of construction was the new ground up construction of new Maintenance Facility which was 16,324 sf and the third and final phase of the project was the demolition of the existing maintenance facility. All construction work was completed on fully operational site. coordinating, and phasing the placement of current employees.
