Project Overview

Burling served as the General Contractor for the new construction of this 100,000 SF multi-tenant retail center and all associated site preperation for the 10-acre retail site development including site work and concrete building pad for the all the buildings including the Jewel and the 5/3 Bank. Burling contructed 3 large sections retail sections and the build-out of multiple retail stores.
