Project Overview

Burling served as the General Contractor for the renovation of 70,000 square foot, 63 unit building. This renovation/upgrade project included the use of LEED features in order to obtain “Go Green” certification: geothermal heat pumps, highly insulated walls and window systems, high efficiency HVAC system and a green roofing system.
