Project Overview

Burling served as the General Contractor for this Multi-Family, Affordable Senior Living facility. This new construction project included the demolition of an existing building and the New Construction of a 6-Story, 50 Unit PreCast Structure that included 42 one-bedroom apartments varying in size from 646-707 sq. ft. & 8 two-bedroom units ranging in size from 955-965 sq. ft. The building also provided common spaces including a lounge area & exercise center.
